Royalties and Copyright

All of the content presented on the taylor.fr web site, including and not limited to any texts, publications, commentaries, artwork and pictures, illustrations, photographs, visuals, videos, brands, logos, software, programs and data bases, as well as the general structure, graphic chart and presentation of the taylor.fr web site, and any other content whatsoever made available on the taylor.fr web site, is protected under French and international copyright laws and by any other intellectual or industrial property laws in effect.

These elements are the exclusive property of the TAYLOR FOUNDATION or the respective artists holding the intellectual or industrial property copyrights thereover.

All rights to reproduce any of the content found on the taylor.fr web site are reserved, for the duration of all such copyrights and for the entire world, including all documents for download and all iconographic pictures and photographs. User’s responsibility in the event of the creation of hyperlinks to the taylor.fr web site

The TAYLOR FOUNDATION authorizes the use of hyperlinks towards the taylor.fr web site as long as such hyperlinks do not create any source of confusion as to the source of the services and/or content produced and/or owned by the TAYLOR FOUNDATION and provided that:

Taylor Foundation responsibility for links found on the taylor.fr web site

The taylor.fr web site proposes several links towards other web sites (institutions, associations, artists’ web sites, etc.). These sites, which are regularly monitored, are not a part of the public and official web site of the TAYLOR FOUNDATION. These links are provided to users purely as a convenience.

Hyperlinks towards other resources shall in no way incur the responsibility of the TAYLOR FOUNDATION with respect to such hyperlinks.

The TAYLOR FOUNDATION shall not be held responsible for any content, advertisement, products or services made available on such other web sites or external sources accessible via hyperlink on the taylor.fr web site. The TAYLOR FOUNDATION shall in no way be held responsible for any damage or prejudice whatsoever arising from such hyperlinks.

The TAYLOR FOUNDATION shall also not be held responsible for the failure of any User to access the taylor.fr web site, whether partial or total, due notably to maintenance operations or a technical problem impacting the taylor.fr web site.

The User agrees not to access the taylor.fr web site fraudulently and not to damage, impede or otherwise interfere with all or part of the taylor.fr web site’s functioning. The User further agrees not to upload any virus or other code that could jeopardize the proper functioning of the taylor.fr web site.

Nullification 

Should any one or more of the provisions of these GCU be deemed invalid or declared such in application of any law, regulation or following any decision handed down by a competent court of law, the other stipulations of these GCU shall remain in full force and effect.

In such a case, the TAYLOR FOUNDATION agrees to immediately remove and replace said provision(s) by a legally valid and binding provision.

No-Waiver and Governing Law

Should either party to these GCU not request the enforcement of any provision hereunder, whether permanently or temporarily, such shall in no way be considered as a waiver of the rights of said party arising from said provision.

Any dispute born from the interpretation and/or execution of these GCU shall be governed by the law of the competent jurisdiction. Only French law shall apply to these GCU.
